Larry Jack Echo Hawk (1948-) is the Assistant Secretary of Indian Affairs in the U.S. Department of the Interior. Larry Jack Echo Hawk was born on August 2, 1948 in Cody, Wyoming to Ernest and Emma Jane Echo Hawk. He is a member of the Pawnee tribe. He grew up in Farmington, New Mexico.
